The toughest part of replacing a furnace and AC unit is going through the quote phase. Josh was both knowledgeable and patient in explaining the pros and cons of the different units and features we asked him to quote. Once we landed on the unit we wanted, Josh communicated his timeline and stuck with it. Our priority was his priority. I recommend that you at the very least give Josh a call.

Comfort technologies was very easy to work with. I quoted two other companies and comfort technologies was less than half the price to replace a broke TXV valve. Josh was helpful in getting a quote and Bradley was very nice and helpful when he came to do that work. He got the job done quickly in the amount of time he said he would and he was good at keeping us updated along the way.

Our 25-year-old heating and air systems went down during one of the hottest summers on record. In less than a week, he and his time installed a new air conditioning and furnace systems, and made the process an easy one. March 21 2024 Josh did an excellent job, very informative, job was done in a day, but he found a glitch and came out next day tracked it down. All good and was done correctly. Josh respected our home and wore shoe covers every time he came in. Would highly recommend Josh to do any heat and cooling issues - UPDATE June 23 Sunday afternoon unit froze up, I give Josh a text and he walked me through the trouble shooting process and had it up and running before the house got too warm but we never found the root cause. -UPDATE June 27 I noticed the temperature raised 2 degrees and went outside and froze again. Sent Josh a picture at 12:30 and he told me to turn off and they would be out that afternoon. He sent out Bradley, he arrived at 4:00 and was very professional found checked out everything and leveled up gas which was on the edge of the spec’s and the unit has worked fine since. We still don’t really know the root cause but think maybe the gas was the issue. Both times we were lucky to catch the issue early, and both times Comfort Technologies was quick to respond and get the unit back up.

Josh was knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend Comfort Technologies to anyone for their HVAC needs.

Josh was able to quickly review my problems and provide honest pricing that beat local competition significantly. Comfort Technologies then provided great communication during install for a high quality system. HVAC is already expensive enough, don’t let some of these other installers price gouge your install.

Josh, Drew, and Brad did a wonderful job with the install of our new system. They replaced an old unit upstairs in our house and installation only took one day. There was a minor hiccup and they had to return the next morning, but the issue was immediately resolved. We are thankful for their quick and timely service and plan on calling them this fall for another install.

They were quick and responsive. They were also affordable relative to the other options available. They even let us use several space heaters to keep our house warm and safe temporarily until the new furnace could be installed. Finally, they were also patient and understanding when we had a delay with payment due to a credit card snafu. All in all, they did excellent work and I would highly recommend them.
